Therapy is, of course, a courageous journey that can take you through a process of self-discovery and healing. A sanctuary where, hopefully, the external world will soften as you find strength and growth within. My therapy invites you to explore you, your thoughts, your feelings, and your experiences within what I hope you will come to find is a safe space.
Through the process of exploring, therapy can help you find your authentic self where you may see that vulnerabilities are not weaknesses, that your growth is possible and that whilst you may not be able to change what has happened to you, you will find new ways to live a life that feels safer, more aligned and with a renewed capacity for joy.
